Natalie dormer
Natalie Dormer
was born on 11 February 1982. She is an English actress. She has won an Empire
Award and been nominated for two Gemini Awards, two Critics Choice Awards and
two Screen Actors Guild Awards. Dormer was born in Reading (Berkshire) and made
her TV debut as Anne Boleyn on the Showtime series The Tudors. This role earned
her widespread praise. Her stage debut was in the play Sweet Nothings (2010)
and played the Duchess of York in Madonna's film W.E. (2011) as well as Private
Lorraine in Captain America: The First Avenger (2011). After Miss Julie (2012)
in the Young Vic, was highly and praised. Dormer was appreciated for her
performances in After Miss Julie (2012) at the Young Vic. She also played Irene
Adler/Moriarty for the CBS series Elementary (2013-15), Sara Price Jess Price
(2016, 2017) and Onica in The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance (2019). She was
praised for her character in Penny Dreadful City of Angels (2020). Dormer was
born on the 11th of February 1982 in Reading, Berkshire (England) as the
daughter of Gary Dormer & Claire Richards. She is also the sister of
Samantha Dormer and Mark Dormer.
