Genesis Rodriguez

Genesis Rodriguez was born in Miami. She is the daughter of Jose Luis El Puma' Rodriguez (the famous Venezuelan singer/actor) as well as Carolina Perez (a Cuban-model). She is half-sister to two women. She studied at the Carrolton School of the Sacred Heart in Miami. Rodriguez was an actor from the age of a child. She attended summer classes at Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute and began her own acting classes. She was successful and won roles in Spanish languages, such as Prisionera (2004), Dame Chocolate (2007) and Dona Barbara (2008). She was also a part of Sarah on the hit TV show "Entourage" (2004). Man on a Ledge (2012) was her first film. What to Expect When You Expect (2012) is her second. Jose Luis El Puma' Rodriguez's daughter. Half-sister of Liliana Rodriguez, Lilibeth Morillo. She revealed on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, 9 January 2013, episode that she was named Genesis after British rock band Genesis. She's of Venezuelan and Cuban descent.
